FAQ

Frequently asked questions about industries.

How we fit into each sector.

Does Tahona specialize in one sector? +

No. We work on internal operations. Some sectors have especially clear patterns, but the decision depends on each company's process, data, documents and tools.

What about regulated sectors? +

They require more caution: clear limits, human review, traceability and separation between operational support and regulated decisions. We do not replace legal, clinical, regulatory or compliance review.

Do processes need to be documented already? +

No. Often the first job is to map how the real operation works: what is done, who is involved, what documents appear, what data is missing and where control is lost.

Can we use existing sector tools? +

Yes. Usually the starting point is what the team already uses: CRM, ERP, Drive, spreadsheets, email, reporting, APIs or internal systems. The solution needs to fit that context.

What changes from one sector to another? +

The documents, constraints, vocabulary, systems and review points change. The method remains the same: understand the operation, organize the flow and build only what improves the work.

Can we start with a small area? +

Yes. It makes sense to start with a concrete flow when there is enough information, defined owners and clear criteria for knowing whether the improvement works before extending it.
